At A.ANDICULA, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we create. Each product is designed to meet the highest standards of luxury and precision.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all protective films, tags, and accessories included.

  • Custom, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Care Team at support@aandicula.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipment.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of your refund approval status.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different variant (if available). Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

6. Final Sale Items

Discounted or promotional items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
